1. Service Scope and Personal Use
This software integration is provided solely for personal, self-hosted use to facilitate direct communication between an authorized user's self-hosted OpenList instance and their Google Drive account. It is not offered as a commercial service or public multi-tenant platform.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of their own Google accounts, API credentials, client secrets, and OAuth authorization tokens;
- Managing, protecting, and backing up data stored in their Google Drive accounts;
- Securing and maintaining their personal host machine and server infrastructure running the OpenList instance.
3. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
Users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google's User Data Policy. The integration must not be used in any manner that violates third-party rights or API quotas.
4. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
This integration and documentation are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uptime availability. In no event shall the author or maintainer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or service interruption.
5. Termination and Modifications
Access to this informational website or continued maintenance of this personal integration configuration may be discontinued, suspended, or modified by the owner at any time without prior notice.
